Liam and I are taking a parent-infant class at our local Waldorf school. It's a wonderful retreat from our week and a time for us to connect, observe one another, sing songs, and meet other moms and babies. Last week our teacher gave us an assignment to list what activities give us energy and think about ways we can incorporate them into our day. Here's my list:

- Taking a bath at the end of a long day

- Consciously add more art and beautiful objects to our home
- Run outdoors by myself
- Learn to knit, crochet & felt
- Incorporate crafting into my life
- Re-engage my musical life and begin playing flute again
